Our wedding is unique in the sense that everyone will be taking a fun trip up and down on the gondola to the venue location. You will receive a paid ticket at the base of Gondola One in Vail Village. We have provided a map on the Travel tab for your reference. Please arrive at the gondola at 4:10 pm-the gondola takes about ten minutes so please allow yourself time before the ceremony.

The main Airport is Denver International. It is approximately 90 minutes from Vail Village. There is also a regional airport, Eagle County Regional Airport, approximately 30 minutes from Vail Village. Both airports have rental car options as well as shuttle services to Vail Village. Shuttle services: Eagle Vail Express - (mention Prado wedding for a $50.00 discount), Colorado Mountain Express and Epic Mountain Express.

The Ceremony & Cocktail Hour will take place on a deck in front of The 10th which is located outdoors. The Reception will take place indoors.

With an average high of 69°F (20°C) and a low of 37°F (3°C), it generally feels moderately chilly with a gentle breeze, especially in the evening. We suggest to consider a sweater or jacket just in case. Colorado and higher elevations like Vail are known for unpredictable weather. Be sure to check the weather report before you pack.

If you will not be staying directly within walking distance of Gondola One, there is a free shuttle service to Vail Village. If you are driving, we suggest using the parking in Vail Village Parking Lot: 241 E Meadow Dr, Vail, CO 81657. It is approximately a 7 minute walk to Gondola One. Parking at this location is free unless you leave your vehicle overnight. Overnight parking fee is $35 dollars. Please give yourself ample time to park, walk and find Gondola One.
